This beach chic beachfront high end house looks out at endless panoramic views of the sparkling mexican gulf from everywhere, including a gorgeous view from the kitchen, or the sofa lounge area with its own large 65 inch flat screen TV – creating a more private space for napping, reading, a book, or enjoy listening your music from the state of arts sourround system.
The perfectly crafted and decorated interior offers extraordinary detail with its beach chic décor and midcentury modern furnishings.
The glass windows of the great room and kitchen opens up to the private oceanfront balcony so indoor outdoor living is a breeze. Comfortable cluster seating in the living room area gives you a place to enjoy the ocean view and a large flat screen TV at the same time
The modernized ocean view kitchen area features new MIELE/ BOSH stainless steel appliances and new QUARTZ counter tops. A bar table for 3 on the balcony will allow you to take advantage of both the view and the climate of this coastal retreat.
A newly renovated bathrooms features a large steam- shower(1) and IR sauna(1) (in master bedroom only) . All bedroms are furnished with and HD TV and Lacoste premiere linens for your ultimate comfort .
Additional amenities include electric Golf Car (call owners for additional price).
Come enjoy this beautiful slice of paradise on famous Florida gulf coat with nice weather most of the year. The island is only accessible by water taxi or private boat.

Please note that there are no refunds due to bad weather, red tide, no show up or early departures. Any rescheduling is subject to owner approval and a $200 fee.
Access to the island requires a water taxi reservation or private vessel that can be docked at our upgraded spacious shared dock (dock 38 / Marsh Street).
Guests may bring their own boat. The mooring fee is $100 per stay.

Summary: Fabulous location right on the beach. A small glitch with check in, but I think that will be improved in the future. A deep clean of drawers and cabinets would be really helpful, but overall lots of great amenities and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy beautiful weather, abundant wildlife and gorgeous sunsets.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this beachfront home! Being just a few steps from the beach was amazing for morning coffee, days on the beach, and beautiful sunsets from the front deck and windows. We would certainly stay here again! A couple things that could be improved would be to upgrade the Hughes Net internet to Starlink for visitors who need more reliable internet, however, cell phone service and hotspots seemed to work fine when the sattelite was not working great. Also, it would have been helpful to have some guides for the high end appliances that took us a few minutes to figure out. Overall, a pretty perfect stay!

Summary: While the location is lovely, the home needs some attention. What makes me sad is that it appears some of these concerns have been raised by other guests in the past and still haven't been addressed, which means the owner is only interested in a quick buck and not customer satisfaction or retention. The owner was very responsive until I shared my concerns, now he has gone radio silent after two attempts to discuss with him. I shared about the mold in the ice maker, the broken amenities (coffee pot, master shower was unusable, the fridge leaked water on the floor, the garbage disposer didn't work until my husband got under the sink and fixed, the tv in the guest room and the microwave) and then shared about the missing items (kitchen towels, dishwashing detergent, instructions on how to use the convection stovetop and connect to Wifi, beach chairs and kayak). For the price, this home is just not up to par and hopefully this review keeps someone from renting so the owner will be forced to fix some of these issues.

Summary: Had to call the owner to get instructions to work the German made stove and oven. Found the dish TV connection broken. Internet very intermittent (difficult to stream any shows). Coffee maker broken. Shower flooded bedroom floor which we had to clean up. Thank goodness for the folks on the island who helped us. DON'T RENT THIS PROPERTY!!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. I spent my days in the hammock under the deck reading my book-- my evenings snorkeling for "tresure" the home is updated and emaculate!! Showers here are amazing and the sauna is a nice finishing touch. I highly recommend booking here-- just be aware this is the place to escape and unwind- no shops no cars or "touristy stuff' - just you and nature. Book your golf carts 6mo in advance-- have Evan deliver your groceries ($$ well spent) and let Brett know your arrival time and dock # for seamless arrival and departure. This owner is extremely responsive- I kinda felt like we were bridging being annoying-- he responded each time w/helpful information and tid bits -- we really appreciated his patience w/us. Bring a battery powered black light to hunt scorpions-- snorkeling gear and a whole lot of stress to let the salty air dissolve and take away. The locals are super friendly and abundantly helpful. The home has kayaks, chairs, hammock and umbrellas covered.(as of 2023) Tysm for opening your home up to us! Its beautiful can't wait for next year!!
